Products are normally shipped via the USPS by Parcel Post throughout the US. Large PEGS systems, orders over $100.00, and APO orders are shipped Priority Mail.You can expect to see your order within 7-10 days after placing it. Rush shipping is only available by contacting Customer Service.

International orders are shipped via Air Parcel Post. When you place an international order, you are authorizing us to charge the additional shipping charge to your credit card. Duty charged on the product is the purchaser's responsibility. Our products are identified as "educational materials" for the purpose of determining duty.

Free Shipping: Save money on shipping costs by combining orders with your friends. When placed as a single order, shipped to one US address, any order over $200 qualifies for free shipping.

You do not need permission to return items purchased from Family Tools. Please include the original packing slip with your return. Return postage is your responsibility. If the items are returned within 45 days of purchase in saleable condition, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price less shipping and handling. Items returned after 45 days, or that are damaged and not able to be resold, will not be refunded.

We want you to feel free to try PEGS for your family. Therefore, as long as you return a PEGS system within 45 days of purchase, WITH ALL THE ORIGINAL COMPONENTS, your purchase price will be refunded.
