The P.E.G.S. Tour

The PEGS system provides you with an easy to use tool to encourage children to achieve their responsibilities and at the same time develop important character traits. The system consists of a detailed manual, sturdy board with grooved wooden pegs, and colorful vinyl disks. PEGS is centrally placed to function as the family's task and management headquarters. Each child is assigned a column on the pegboard and chores are assigned to that child according to their age and ability. Progress is tracked daily as kids flip their disks to designate completion of tasks.

The top portion of the board is devoted to chores, laid out in the approximate order they are done throughout the day. The bottom half of the pegboard is devoted to character.
