Shipping Information

Products are normally shipped via the USPS by Parcel Post throughout the US based on the total cost of your order. Orders over $100.00, and APO orders are shipped Priority Mail. Due to the size of the box, all the Large orders are shipped by UPS. You can typically expect to see your order within 7-10 days after placing it.

Rush shipping is only available by contacting Customer Service.

International orders are shipped via Air Parcel Post. When you place an international order, you are authorizing us to charge the additional shipping charge to your credit card. Duty charged on the product is the purchaser's responsibility. Our products are identified as "educational materials" for the purpose of determining duty.

If you want to calculate shipping costs for international orders, go to www.USPS.com (United States Postal Service) and you can enter in your address and get an approximate amount for shipping charges. We ship the PRIORITY MAIL INTERNATIONAL rate and the approximate weight for a small PEGS is 5# and a large PEGS is 7#. The post office zip code where your package is shipped from is 55014. The exact costs depends on what other items you order, but you can at least get an estimate of the cost.
