Return Policy

You do not need permission to return items purchased from Family Tools. Please include the original packing slip with your return. Return postage is your responsibility. If the items are returned within 45 days of purchase in saleable condition, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price less shipping and handling.

Items returned after 60 days, or that are damaged and not able to be resold, will not be refunded.

Special note on PEGS system returns:

We want you to feel free to try PEGS for your family. Therefore, as long as you return a PEGS system within 45 days of purchase, WITH ALL THE ORIGINAL COMPONENTS, your purchase price will be refunded.
